By ordering from this website you are agreeing to all terms, conditions, and policies

Return and SHipping Policy


No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances. Once your order has been processed and assigned a tracking number, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.


Not Responsible for Rejected Packages

We are not responsible for any packages rejected by correctional facilities.

Each State, County, or Federal correctional facility has its own regulations regarding what inmates can receive. It is your responsibility to understand these rules before placing an order.

  • Federal facilities typically allow 2 to 5 items per package.
     
  • No more than 5 magazines will be shipped in a single order.
     
  • To send more than 5 magazines, you must place separate orders, shipped 3 days apart.
     

Please check the facility’s shipping guidelines before ordering. If your order is rejected, we are not liable.


Correct Inmate Mailing Address Required

Some facilities have separate physical and inmate mailing addresses. We rely on the address you provide. If an order is rejected due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You must pay additional shipping to resend the order.
     
  • No exceptions.
     

We strongly recommend contacting the facility before placing your order to confirm the correct mailing address and ensure the inmate is eligible to receive the magazines.



Rejected Orders & Return Handling

If a package is rejected by a correctional facility and returned to us:

  • It will be held for 15 business days.
     
  • During that time, you may request it be shipped to your home, but you must pay for shipping.
     
  • If not claimed within 15 business days, the package will be disposed of.
     
  • No refunds or credits will be issued.
     

If an inmate is transferred to another facility before the package arrives, we are not responsible. Facilities may forward, reject, or destroy packages. If returned to us, the 15-day policy still applies.



Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If magazines arrive damaged, the following conditions must be met for us to consider a replacement:

  • The prison mailroom officer must return the damaged items to us within 5 business days of delivery.
     
  • The return must include official documentation from the mailroom officer.
     
  • Without this documentation, the return will not be accepted.
     
  • We are not responsible for any delays on the part of the facility.
     

Incorrect Contents

If the contents of a package do not match the receipt, the prison mailroom officer must:

  • Provide a written statement on official prison letterhead,
     
  • Documenting the discrepancy and
     
  • Mail it directly to us.
     

Without this documentation, we will not accept any claims. This policy is strictly enforced to protect our business from fraudulent claims. No exceptions.



Order Delivery Confirmation

A package is considered delivered when it has been scanned and accepted by the correctional facility, as confirmed by USPS tracking information.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation
     
  • Tracking details will be emailed to you upon shipment.
     
  • Once USPS marks the package as delivered, our responsibility ends.
     

Please note: Delivery to the inmate is at the discretion of the facility. Facilities may delay, reject, or revoke an inmate’s right to receive packages at any time. We are not responsible for these decisions.



Inmate Credit Policy

If you add store credit for an inmate, it must be used within the same calendar year.
Credit does not roll over into the next year. This policy is stated on both our website and on the order forms mailed to inmates.




Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped to your facility within 5-15 business days depending on delivery times

These policies are designed to protect you, our valued customer, and ensure the smooth processing of orders within the complex correctional system. We strongly advise reviewing facility-specific rules before placing your order
